I'm not a tea expert, but as you may know, I love tea! On the weekend, I was at my hairdresser Oona's house (she cuts hair in her home because she has three young girls) and she offered me a cup of tea. I took a sip and declared that that was the best cup of tea I had ever had! Turns out, the tea is Glengettie (she also recommended PG Tips...I haven't looked it up or bought any yet) and I'm in love!
I've looked up the tea on several sites and they all have the same blurb, which I assume is from the manufacturer:
"The combination of distinctive flavor and quality has made Glengettie a favorite in Wales for many years.
Since it was developed for its introduction to Wales almost 50 years ago, Glengettie’s reputation has been handed down from generation to generation. Even today, Glengettie is still the perfect choice for a perfect cup of tea.
In Wales, there’s always been time for a nice cup of Glengettie."
Man, I think I need a British pen pal to introduce me to all these great teas!
