I've posted that I love the idea of prefab before and here's another winner....
Michelle Kaufmann's mkLotus is a prefab that offers a lot of green options; some of which include: a green roof, solar power, rainwater and groundwater catchment for irrigation, gray water is used for toilets, certified wood throughout, Low-E windows and much more! Here's a look at this rad prefab:

Wow! If we all lived like this, imagine the impact (or lack thereof) it would have!
