I've been eating a winter version of one of my favorite warmer weather snacks.
This time it's:
1. plain yogurt
2. diced apple
3. a scant handful of pecans (walnuts are cheaper, but I've found they often have a bitterness...unless freshly shelled)
4. a drizzle of honey
I also just listed some peppermint stripe vintage goodness in my shop.
We have another sunny day here; cold, but sunny. It's supposed to rain again soon, so I hope to soak up the sun while I can. I'm still saving seeds from the foods I eat for a fine art series. You can follow me on Twitter for a small detail on each one.
